I was freelancing at iCrossing recently and Steven Thompson, ECD, asked for some help on a pitch. Federal-Mogul owns Anco, MOOG, Wagner and Champion among others, so suffice it to say they’re huge. Since I have some auto experience, he asked if I’d noodle it over and see what I came up with. I sent him this.

Now, I know it’s not perfect, but it’s not bad for a copywriter, if I do say so myself. Besides, Steven loved it, they won the business they pitched and more… and the client liked the line ‘PARTS MATTER’ so well they’ve decided to trademark it, a first for a tagline of mine.
